Returns & Refunds Policy
At Beacon Hill Financial Educators, Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Digital Courses & Exams
We offer a full refund for digital courses and exams within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The course has not been completed.
- No certificate has been issued.
If you experience technical difficulties or believe you purchased the wrong course, please reach out—we’re happy to help with exchanges or account adjustments.
2. Printed Materials
You may return printed course materials within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To qualify:
- Materials must be in new or gently used condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
- A full refund will be issued once we receive the returned materials.
3. Cancellations & Order Adjustments
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll gladly cancel or adjust it at no charge.
