This course satisfies the four-hour ethics CPE requirement for CPAs in Arizona.

The course covers current ethical issues and special topics in the accounting profession and provides an introduction to the latest edition of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. The Arizona Board of Accountancy section covers portions of the Arizona Statutes (Articles 1 through 3) and Administrative Code (Article 4). Case studies and illustrative examples are provided.
