This course meets the 4-hour ethics CPE requirement for licensed CPAs in Oregon.* It covers ethics in the accounting profession and the current edition of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.

*Effective 10/1/2023, the Ethics CPE requirement was changed to 4 hours of Ethics CPE vs. 4 hours of Oregon Specific Ethics. Additionally, the minimum number of CPE hours per year was reduced to 20 hours from 24. Please consult the Oregon Board of Accountancy for further information.
